Kwasi Amoako Adjei has spent more than 35 years in the legal profession. Over the years, he has built his career, served as a Vice-President of the Ghana Bar Association and established Amoako Adjei Law Consult. Today, his professional story has a family dimension: all three of his daughters are lawyers.
A senior lawyer, Kwasi Amoako Adjei Esq. established Amoako Adjei Law Consult, which has grown to a team of over 15 lawyers, with offices in Accra and Koforidua. His career has also been an important part of his family’s story, with his daughters, Adwoa A. Amoako Adjei Esq., Ama Amoako Adjei Esq. and Afia Amoako Adjei Esq., each qualifying as lawyers.
Adwoa is a lawyer with over seven years’ experience and is also an author and mentor. Her creative work includes Mixed Up, a published thriller available on Amazon. Ama has six years of experience in legal practice, while Afia, the youngest, has been a lawyer for a year.
The family’s connection extends beyond the law. Their mother, Addobea Amoako Adjei, and all three daughters attended Aburi Girls’ Senior High School, sharing an educational experience across generations.
Although the three sisters followed their father into the legal profession, each is building her own career. Their shared background connects them, but their individual journeys will continue to be shaped by their own interests, experiences and ambitions.
For Kwasi Amoako Adjei, having all three daughters qualify as lawyers adds a distinctive chapter to a career spanning more than three decades. For Adwoa, Ama and Afia, it is an opportunity to build on that family history while making their own contributions to the legal profession.
